Michael Kimball is a retired from the Seaside Police Department.  Michael currently spends his time training law enforcement officer across the nation and spending time with family. 

Ethan Andrews is a Lieutenant with the Monterey Police Department. 

Andres "Andy" Rosas is a Sergeant with the Marina Police Department. 

Heather Murphy is a Corporal with CSU Monterey Bay Police Department.  Heather has law enforcement interests in Domestic Violence and negotiations and in her free time enjoys watching and playing hockey. 

Dale Fors is a Sergeant with the Salinas Police Department. 

David Ruccello is a retired Sergeant from the Monterey County Sheriff's Office

Manuel "Manny" Fernandez is a Sergeant at the CSU Monterey Bay Police Department.  Manny is a MCPOA Range Master. 

David Armacost is Deputy Chief at the Presidio of Monterey Police Department. Davis is a president appointee to the MCPOA. 

Phil Nash is a retired Police Officer from Carmel Police Department.  Phil is a president appointee to the MCPOA and a MCPOA range master. 

Victor Lurz is a retired supervising forensic evidence technician from the Monterey County Sheriff's Office.  Victor is a president appointee to the MCPOA.   

Darren Chamberlain is a Captain at the California Department of Corrections.  Darren is a president appointee to the MCPOA and a past MCPOA President. 

Dean Flippo was the Monterey County District Attorney until he retired in 2018. Dean is a president appointee and the legal advisor for the MCPOA.
